Send an invite

Tap the group icon at the top left of the home screen to open the settings menu.

Open “Members” and tap “Invite members”.

If the person is with you, have them scan the QR code with their phone’s camera.

If not, tap “Share invite link” and send the link by text, email, or a messaging app.
Good to know
- A group can have up to 5 members on the Free and Standard plans, and up to 20 on the Pro plan.
- Invite links don’t expire. To stop the current link from working, open “Group management” in the settings menu and choose “Update invite link” to get a new one.
When you’re invited

Open the invite link or scan the QR code. If you don’t have the app yet, download it from the page that opens, then open the link again.

Check the group name and tap “Join”.

Set your name and icon and tap “Join”. You can now see the group’s tasks.
Good to know
- Each account can be in one group. If you’ve been using a group on your own, you can move with “Switch groups and join”.
- If you’re in a group with other members, leave that group first, then join.
