- 3
To set a time, pick a suggestion such as 9:00 or “Choose another time”.
- 4
Under “More settings”, use “Reminder” to choose when to be notified (at the due time, or 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day before, and more).
Good to know
- Choose “Customize…” to set any number of minutes, hours, or days before.
- For tasks with assignees, reminders go to the assignees.
- Not getting reminders? Check that notifications for ToDo are allowed in your phone’s settings.

While adding a task, open “Due date” and pick a due date.
- 2
Under “More settings”, open “Repeat” and choose “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly”, or “Yearly”.
- 3
To set the interval, weekdays, or an end date, choose “Custom”.
- 4
Add the task, and the next one is created automatically on schedule.
Good to know

- Repeats are set when you add a new task. You can’t make an existing task repeat later.
- Use “Recurring tasks” in the settings menu to pause, resume, duplicate, or delete them.
- On the Free plan, a group can have up to 3 recurring tasks.
