What is ToDo?
ToDo is a to-do list app for sharing tasks with your family, partner, or a small team. Create a group, invite members, and work from the same task list with clear owners and due dates.
Is ToDo free?
Yes, ToDo is free to use. The free plan shows ads and allows up to 3 categories and 3 recurring tasks. Each group can upgrade to the paid Standard or Pro plan for unlimited categories and recurring tasks, photo attachments, and no ads. When one member subscribes, everyone in the group gets the plan.
How do I share tasks with my family or partner?
Create a group and send an invite link or QR code. Once they join the group in the app, you can add, edit, and complete the same tasks together. Groups can have up to 5 members on the Free and Standard plans, and up to 20 on the Pro plan.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. You can open the app and start right away without an email address or password. If you switch phones or want to use another device, link an Apple or Google account in Settings → Account linking to keep your data.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can create and edit tasks without a signal. When you are back online, changes sync automatically and appear for other members.
Which devices are supported?
ToDo works on iPhone and Android smartphones. Download it free from the App Store or Google Play. There is no web or desktop version. The app is available in 10 languages, including English and Japanese.
Does it have reminders and recurring tasks?
Yes. Set a due date and you get a push notification at the time you choose. Routine tasks like trash day can repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Is there a home screen widget?
Yes. You can show tasks from a chosen category on your iPhone or Android home screen.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit, and a group’s tasks are visible only to members of that group. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. See the privacy policy for details.
