Plan differences
- Free: up to 5 members, up to 3 categories and 3 recurring tasks, with ads.
- Standard: up to 5 members, unlimited categories and recurring tasks, photo attachments (up to 5 per task), and no ads.
- Pro: everything in Standard, with up to 20 members.
Good to know
- Plans are per group. When one person subscribes, everyone in the group gets the benefits.
Subscribe

Tap the crown button at the top of the home screen, or “Plan” in the settings menu.

Choose “Monthly” or “Annual”.
- 3
Tap the subscribe button and confirm the purchase in the App Store or Google Play.
Good to know
- The plan offered depends on your group’s size (Pro for 5 or more members).
- If a free trial is shown, you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
Restore purchases
If your plan doesn’t show up, for example after changing phones, open the menu (…) at the top right of the plan screen and tap “Restore purchases”.
Cancel
The person who pays cancels from the subscriptions screen in the App Store or Google Play. You can also get there with “Manage subscription” on the app’s plan screen.
Good to know
- Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
