How to Delete Your Account
Method 1
Delete from within the app
Open the app and go to Settings > Other > Account Deletion to delete your account.
Method 2
Request deletion by email
If you cannot delete your account in the app or need support, please contact us at the email address below.
When contacting us, include the "version", "user", and "group" information shown at the bottom of Settings > Other in the app.
Data Deleted
When account deletion is completed, the following data is subject to deletion, as shown in the app confirmation.
- Profile information and authentication information used for login
- Groups where you are the only member, and tasks created in those groups
Deleted accounts and applicable data cannot be restored. If you are the owner of a group with multiple members, follow the in-app instructions first, such as transferring ownership.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a certain period for legal compliance, abuse prevention, payment record verification, or similar purposes.
